Once the domain of grandmother’s and their granddaughters, the stylish NM Café is a go-to spot for everyone these days. Continuing a tradition dating back to Helen Corbitt’s reign in the 1950’s, you will be presented with a basket of crusty popovers served with whipped strawberry butter as soon as you are seated. We could make a meal of those, but soldier on and try one of the juicy Kobe beef burgers or the modern California Cobb with Gorgonzola and apple wood-smoked bacon.
