Kevin Wu created his Noodle Asia for diners looking for a casual quick-bite. Located near his Royal Star, this spacious 80-seat eatery features a colorful tile floor, marble columns, granite-top tables and an eight-seat counter facing the open kitchen backed by a water wall. Chefs deftly turn out hearty servings of the extensive menu choices, beginning with tasty soups including wonton and miso with enoki mushrooms. Edamame, spicy Asian cucumber and kimchi are appetizers options. The array of dim sum, noodle, rice, vegetable and congee dishes satisfies every taste. Saké, wine, beer and Thai tea are available by the glass. Lychees and mango pudding are refreshing sweet finales.
