P.F. Chang's China Bistro Restaurant Review:
Like the other locations of this U.S.-based chain, P.F. Chang's in Waikiki offers an updated take on Asian (mostly Chinese) cuisines against the backdrop of an East-meets-West contemporary bistro décor. The varied menu follows suit with dishes such as salt-and-pepper calamari, crab wontons, and the famous chicken lettuce wraps. Sesame chicken is a good bet for poultry lovers, as is the grilled VIP duck with a soy plum sauce. Seafood specials run along the lines of mahi mahi with lemongrass garlic sauce and cilantro rice; and oolong marinated sea bass served with sweet ginger soy and spinach. Try the banana spring roll for dessert with a cup of tea. A full bar keeps everyone happy.
