Palme d'Or Restaurant Review:
This plush dining room is home to a cuisine that actually befits such a regal establishment. Former executive chef de cuisine Philippe Ruiz may have departed the restaurant, but it will continue to offer classical French cooking. Dishes have included an appetizer terrine of duck foie gras with black truffle, dried-fruit compote and toasted brioche; a grilled veal chop entrée with coriander emulsion and a potato sarcophagus stuffed with porcini mushrooms and garlic chips; and a crème brûlée napoleon.
