All is house-made, with notable connections to local producers. A dinnertime specialty is the galette, a thicker crêpe, common to Brittany, made from organic buckwheat with a savory filling. Try the Paris 66 (ham, Swiss cheese, egg, mushroom, tomato Provencal) or Champs de Mars (salmon, dill crème fraîche and Swiss cheese). There also are gluten-free choices.
