Primanti Brothers Restaurant Review:

No matter how much the Pittsburgh food scene evolves, there always seems to be a place for straightforward sandwiches, sides and brews. This flagship location, open 'round the clock, draws hungry workers, visitors and celebrities at any time of day. The owners have chained the concept, taking it outside of the state, but this first site has the most authentic ambience. At issue is a huge sandwich with a stuffing of meat, oozing cheese, tomatoes, coleslaw and fries held between two slices of Italian bread. The greasy, salty and crunchy icon embodies one honest and very large bite of the “'Burgh experience.”
