Prova Pizzeria Restaurant Review:
Chef Vito Iacopelli (Michael’s Pizzeria, Long Beach) uses his family’s 100-year-old recipe from Italy at this West Hollywood pizzeria, creating pies in the wood-fired oven. The “Vito” is topped with mortadella, pistachios, oregano and stracciatella cheese, and the classic margherita with San Marzano tomatoes. Expect kale, fennel and artichoke salads; house-made meatballs; and gelato, too. There’s house wine and bottled beer.
