Ramen-San Restaurant Review:

This is ramen on a Lettuce Entertain You scale with pleasing results. Set within the remodeled half of Paris Club, the stylish, moody and ultimately satisfying noodle house serves a mean tonkotsu ramen from partner and chef Doug Psaltis. Preferably, get the depthful pork broth buoyed by kimchi and katsu-style fried chicken, finished with a silky sesame and soy-marinated molten egg and spicy, dried Japanese pepper. Before that, though, you’re going to want the Berkshire pork gyoza and an order of the spicy, Szechuan-style chicken wings. Asian-inspired cocktails --- think a cilantro-lime margarita with yuzu or classics like the Singapore sling --- are appropriate bedfellows.
