This West L.A. Japanese noodle shop offers huge bowls of noodles in flavorful broths. To start, there are gyoza and shu mai; larger plates range from salmon teriyaki to the specialty shrimp omelet. Noodle soups vary in base flavors with proteins including pork, chicken or vegetables. All of this can be washed down with complimentary mugicha (roasted barley tea). Service is friendly and effective.
