The dining room is art-filled and comfortable, but the action heats up around the expo kitchen, where chef Erasmo Razz Kamnitzer whirls and twirls and crafts worldly delights like duck cakes or a pork tenderloin, Japanese ahi or Indonesian noodles. Grab a seat at the kitchen counter for a first-class view of the show, and the opportunity to chat with the personable, pony-tailed chef. Like any creative talent, Kamnitzer can be fickle, so it’s not uncommon to find the restaurant closed for a given reason. But the wait is worth it.
