Revival Market Restaurant Review:
Chef Ryan Pera and former heritage rancher Morgan Weber originally conceived their small market in The Heights as a new take on an old-world butcher and charcuterie shop, stocking it with meats, fresh vegetables, canned and dry goods, dairy products, cheeses, breads and pastries from local artisanal producers within 150 miles of the store. But ever since they added a café aspect, Revival Market has morphed into a neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot. Locals flock here in the morning for the coffee bar, house-made buttermilk biscuit sandwiches, steel-cut oatmeal and country ham. When lunchtime rolls around, you’ll see people lined up for soba noodle salads and the smoked turkey club on wheat bread. Don’t leave without indulging in a slice of the buttermilk pie.
