RG Burgers Restaurant Review:
RG stands for Real Good, meaning burgers. And that's what they are. This small shop set on the attractive Crossroads Boulevard wins us over with its hand-formed, extra-lean and char-grilled burgers. They have bison burgers, too. Toppings run the gourmet gamut: béarnaise, tangy secret house sauce, mushrooms or a dollop of guacamole. The Firehouse burger combines Cajun sauce, spicy Monterey Jack cheese and sliced jalapeños --- not for the faint of heart. Vegetarians can share crisp falafel, soup or salad. For those who crave a milkshake, these winners are made with four scoops of Dreyer's ice cream. Craving an RG Burger in Monterey? You're in luck: there's a second location at 570 Munras Ave., #30, 831-372-4930.
