Ru San's Restaurant Review:
At Ru San’s East meets West, sort of, creating such puzzling fare as sushi pizza. Sushi guys construct the fairly decent, authentic fish fare, but the main draw is the all-you-can-eat sushi buffet lunch. There are other Japanese dishes, though, such as yakitori, tempura and katsu, and an assortment of these makes a nice snack or light lunch. It also would work with the kid set. Vegetarians will find plenty to like, such as the eggplant sesame yaki, a large plate of pan-fried eggplant with sesame oil, liberally dusted with black and white sesame seeds. Some good sakés are available. This location has some specials also available at Edgewood, among them aburi sushi (lightly grilled items) and shabu sushi (blanched in hot water). Other locations.
