Ruby Tuesday Restaurant Review:
It’s surprising to find such friendly customer service in a family chain restaurant like Ruby Tuesday, but the Park City branch across from the Hampton Inn at Kimball Junction makes up for what it lacks in food quality with pretension-free attitudes. The spacious, dark wood booths are clean and comfortable, but since this is a family place with loads of babies cooing, screaming and playing, expect the chaos to crash a date. Alternatively, you can grab a seat in the sunken center bar. As for the food, we wish it matched the service. The salad bar is full of fresh offerings, but the burger, served with a smattering of over-salted fries, is tasteless and dry. Instead, try one of the tender chicken entrées like the bella or Florentine. The chocolate cake or blondie hit the finishing spot. Ruby Tuesday also serves a four-course weekend brunch that ends at 11 a.m.
