About the restaurant: Location, location, location. It’s still all about the view, especially from the expansive 100-seat outdoor deck. Sunset really is the best time of day for dining on the deck, from which dolphins are sometimes spotted: dinner and a show.
Food & Drinks: On the menu you'll find raw bar offerings and sushi, plus signature items such as The Rusty Pelican board for two (crispy whole local snapper, lobster and shrimp risotto, New York strip reserve, smoked sweet plantain mash).
