The Saucy Noodle Ristorante Restaurant Review:
Despite its slogan --- “If you don't like garlic, go home!” --- this is one of the more welcoming little neighborhood eateries in town. Sure, there's enough garlic going 'round in this tiny brick-and-red-tableclothed nook to ward off Dracula. But there's much more, including salad plates that show up with flavorful dressings and fresh-baked garlicky bread sticks, followed by hefty servings of toothsome pastas blessed with a piquant red sauce. Try the homemade baseball-size meatballs and peppery Italian sausages. We like the ravioli, the hearty lasagna and the eggplant Parmigiana. Beat the usual dinnertime wait for pizzas by ordering them to go. A nice short list of low-priced Chiantis and craft beers round out the menu and help make this a consistent spot for down-home value-packed Italian fare.
