Sharky's Restaurant Review:
Started by Steven Paperno in 1992, this is the first link in what is now a chain of organic, fresh Mexican grills. Guests can stop by this eatery for a variety of burritos, tacos, tostadas and quesadillas stuffed with daily changing fish, steak, shrimp and chicken. Popular plates include the grilled fish burrito filled with pinto beans, rice, cheese, shredded cabbage and pico de gallo. Tempura-battered mahi mahi tacos are drizzled with salsa blanca, and the gut-buster four cheese quesadilla is layered with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. The menu also includes "power plates," which include a choice of grilled protein along with sides like yams, fajita vegetables or poblano brown rice. Two stone-fired pizzas are also served: a four cheese version or chipotle-barbecue chicken with red onions.
