Start with one of the soups, salads or shared plates such as the smoked pulled goat with salsa verde, house pickles and fry bread, or the deviled eggs with chow chow, piment d’Espelette and chive. Choose among eight meats, including pulled pork, ribs and fried chicken, and from sixteen sides like black pepper-Brie macaroni and cheese, rosemary duck-fat potatoes, and baby avocado with sea salt and sweet vinegar.
