Spider House Patio Bar & Café is the secret haunt of both young and old Austinites. Featuring lots of outdoor seating under the veranda or out on the tree-filled patio, this cool café becomes a feast of lights at night when the multi-colored Christmas strands illuminate the hodge-podge collection of sculptures and bathroom fixtures. Spider House is also a favorite among local vegetarians, who clamor for sandwiches like the vegetarian "cheesesteak" or the hummus pita. Pizzas, snacks and more sandwiches round out the menu.
