Stanich's Ten Till One Tavern Restaurant Review:
Opened in 1949, and still owned by the Stanich family, this popular spot hasn't changed much in the intervening years. Décor is early 1950s diner with traces of a dive bar and colorful sports pennants adorning the walls. The must-order item is the burger "special," complete with a thinnish ground beef patty plus cheese, ham, bacon, egg, tomato, lettuce and onion. Pair this motherlode of a burger with (of course) fries. Also available are sandwiches such as turkey, tuna or a BLT. Spend some time perusing the memorabilia-packed walls or work off that deluxe burger playing pool. This place is a throwback, so don’t expect more. It’s also cash only, with a convenient on-site ATM.
