Su Casa Restaurant Review:
This is a longtime locals’ hangout, where you’ll find great margaritas at the warm and lively bar, a bastion of old Aspen, when camaraderie trumped snobbery. As for the dining room, the décor is predictably South of the Border, and so is the menu in large part. But welcome signs of change dot the landscape of quesadillas and chimichangas, in particular, with a selection of tacos filled with the likes of cochinita pibil and Yucatán-style beef, as well as an array of classic Mexican beverages such as horchata and agua de jamaica. And there’s a children’s menu, too.
