More than 50 different chef's specialty rolls are on the menu in this huge sushi emporium. The specialty rolls are hardly authentic Japanese, but the fish is fresh and prepared well---try the tuna sashimi over ribbons of daikon and dressed with ponzu. Regulars have their favorite spots at the sushi bar, and are willing to have the sushi chefs prepare their meal "omakase," choosing what's best that night.
