About the restaurant: Batch Hospitality, which also operates Piero's, has acquired this longtime local favorite, which opened its doors in 2004. Renovations have taken place to refresh the space with natural wood flooring, vibrant pop art and an expanded bar with white granite countertop, twelve bar seats and three cocktail tables.
Food & Drinks: The menu, described as gourmet American comfort food, includes dishes such as beet & quinoa salad, chickpea bruschetta, pork belly BLT, Anchor Steam pork chop, chicken pesto pizza, shrimp scampi, Niman Ranch Prime NY strip, chocolate-peanut butter pie and warm chocolate brownie sundae. Batch Hospitality managing partner Constantin Alexander greatly expanded the beverage list, adding dozens of bourbons, whiskeys, tequilas, rums, gins, vodkas and aperitifs; a craft beer list with unique brews and a range of beer styles; and increased the wine list to more than 150 labels including rare wines.
