Tachibana Restaurant Review:
Tachibana’s reputation for its Japanese cooking has made it a go-to place, so to avoid long waits and long lines, arrive ahead of regular dinner hours. This suburban restaurant’s repertoire highlights quality sushi, some of the best in the metro area. We also recommend the katsu, donburi, negimaki and sushi platters, and the chirashi sushi is worth a trip. The prices are high, but the quality merits them. Explore the hot and cold saké choices, too. Reservations are by phone only, and suggested for large groups.
