Top of Binion's Steakhouse Restaurant Review:
Top of Binion's Steakhouse is situated high atop the 24-story Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel, and it’s known for its view of the Las Vegas skyline. The plush Victorian décor features brocade-covered booths and oil paintings adorning the walls. We like the place for its charm and good service, and for the true cowboy-appetite-sized steaks. Shrimp scampi is offered as an appetizer or an entrée. Mesquite-broiled Alaskan salmon with creamy or traditional pesto sauce, and breast of chicken with white wine cream sauce are tasty choices. For beef-eaters, prime rib, which comes in 16- or 24-ounce options, is always a favorite, as is the center-cut New York steak with melted blue cheese. The signature chicken-fried lobster tail features a pounded Australian lobster breaded and pan-fried. Save room for the appealing pies and cakes. This restaurant was formerly Binion's Ranch Steak House.
