Vacca Grill & Lounge Restaurant Review:
Set in a former mechanics’ garage in Inwood, this spacious and handsome restaurant is easy on the eyes, thanks to the work of Dominican artist Dario Oleaga. The space has several rooms, including a Champagne lounge and a VIP section. Mostly pan-Latin, the menu has a few worthy options, including grilled steaks, chili-glazed barbecue ribs, pork chops (paired with sweet potatoes) and seared scallops. The wine list is affordable and the cocktails are especially potent, which will get anyone in the mood once the DJ kicks it up a notch around 10 p.m.
