Lounging around the pool at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is enhanced by food from the hotel's Water Tower restaurant. Tuck into its crab salad with citrus compote while sipping a Bloody Mary or one of the signature non-alcoholic yogurt smoothies. A solid winner on the small menu is the house organic burger served with fries, lettuce, tomato and onion. For an unusual dessert, try the Cowgirl fromage blanc with fresh berries.
