Merzi Restaurant Review:
Saying that it is going to revolutionize the way people think about and eat Indian food, this take-out eatery (with some seating) has customers walk the line: do you want your choice of fillings---chicken, beef, lamb, shrimp, vegetarian---wrapped in naan, topping a bowl of rice or garnishing a bed of lettuce with vegetables and meat? You will also find your choice of sauces and chutneys, both ranging from mild to hot. Want a take-out snack? Try a samosa and the Mango Fandango made with fresh mangoes and milk. What’s missing here, however, is the long, slow and deliberate cooking of Indian fare, which really can’t be rushed along as fast food.
