MoMo's Restaurant Review:
The lofty ceiling and exposed rafters, the warm earth tones of the walls, the leather banquettes and the historic city photos make this large eatery near the ballpark a seductive destination, especially for large groups. The exhibition kitchen turns out good modern American fare. Start with crispy onion strings or a plate of chilled oysters with mignonette and cocktail sauces. A long list of salads includes the iceberg wedge with Point Reyes Original Blue dressing, the MoMo's Caesar with roasted chicken, or a classic Dungeness crab Louis salad. We recommend the maple-glazed pork chop entrée paired with sweet-and-sour cabbage and creamy grits. Tender sea scallops arrive with a subtle asparagus risotto. End your meal with a seasonal fruit crisp or a fun root beer float. Twenty wines by the glass and a well-selected list hit a homer.
