Former football player Mark Moseley has taken up a new career: hamburgers. And these are not just any hamburgers. Moseley’s patties are made with one hundred percent Black Angus beef and are cooked to order. Coming in varying sizes from one-third to one pound of meat, the burgers are joined on the menu by pulled pork barbecue, hot dogs and chili-cheese dogs, and grilled chicken breast---each of which comes with all the trimmings. No meal here is complete without an order of its awesome fries, a perfect partner for any of the sandwiches, a thick chocolate shake, or a bowl of chili. Desserts include sundaes, floats, banana splits, and the old-fashioned American delight, funnel cakes, sprinkled with powdered or cinnamon sugar.
