Mottzar Kitchen Restaurant Review:
Smack in the center of the tourist-filled section of Chinatown, Mottzar Kitchen attracts a smattering of locals and a lot more visitors to the city. This may be why the edible offerings often come up short. Soup dumplings were inexplicably sweet, as were the pork-filled pan-fried cakes. Crispy fried lamb chops were tough. The pork belly, however, was satisfying, and the pea shoots offered a nice balance of buttery, garlicky flavor. Dessert options are minimal, but if you fancy something on the sweet side try the taro dumplings in ginger soup.
