Nam Kang Restaurant Review:
Roiling hotpots of broth laden with treasures --- clams, bean curd, fish, pork, vegetables --- are this Korean restaurant’s specialty. There's a long list to choose from, and they'll come to the table in a traditional chimney'd pot over a Sterno flame. But don't hesitate to investigate the farther reaches of a menu brimming with action-packed --- read "spicy" --- stir-fries, rice and noodle dishes. There's sushi, too. The staff is welcoming. The hours (the kitchen stays open until 4 a.m.) make this a night-owl’s paradise. Beer and wine are served.
