Nha Trang Restaurant Review:
Named for a coastal town in Vietnam, Nha Trang is one of Chinatown’s best Vietnamese restaurants. It makes up for its lack of décor with fresh light food. Choose from a variety of pho, such as the rice noodle with barbecued pork chop and vegetables, and crisp summer rolls packed with fresh vegetables as a first course. For entrées, we recommend the soft shell crab fried with salt and pepper, chicken with chili and lemon grass sauce, or beef with preserved sour vegetables in oyster sauce. Also located at 148 Centre St., 212-941-9292.
