NM Café Restaurant Review:

Ideal for the ladies-who-lunch set, the NM Café is located on the third floor of Fashion Valley Mall’s Neiman Marcus department store. Take a break from the shopping and relax in this calm eatery with capable service. We like the complimentary cup of rich chicken consommé and the pull-apart popovers with strawberry butter. (If you are in the know, ask for the sweet, sticky "monkey bread.") Favorite menu items include the grilled shrimp salad on mixed greens with a pomegranate vinaigrette, and the roasted salmon on spinach salad with warm goat cheese and artichokes, spritzed with a white balsamic vinaigrette. Another well-designed choice is the seared ahi wrap with avocado, cucumber, sprouts and a spicy sauce. Don't leave without tasting the seasonal cobbler or the famous Neiman Marcus chocolate chip cookies with espresso coffee powder as the secret ingredient.
