Multi-regional seasonal dishes feature gnocco fritto with smoked steelhead; charred octopus with fava beans; black truffle, burrata and squash blossom pizza; paccheri with Maine lobster; and hanger steak with bone marrow. There’s a long list of craft cocktails, a good Italian wine selection, beer and after dinner digestifs like grappa.
