Dining destination with brunch, dinner and late-night menus plus cocktails at NoMad Las Vegas.
The NoMad Bar Restaurant Review:
The top four floors of Park MGM are home to NoMad Las Vegas, a 293-room hotel from Sydell Group. The NoMad Bar is a dining destination with dinner and late-night menus, plus a cocktail program by bar director Leo Robitschek. Weekend brunch features live music from a rotating list of artists. The menu includes truffle chicken sandwich for two with black truffle and foie gras; smoked salmon tarte topped with crème fraiche, trout roe and an ‘everything’ crumble which can be upgraded with up to thirty grams of caviar and blinis; breakfast burrito with suckling pig, eggs, potatoes, spinach and chile de arbol; short rib hash with a poached egg and shallot marmalade; and lobster Benedict topped with a tarragon and brown butter sabayon. Libations sharable for up to eight people and bottomless bubbles are also available, with a selection of fresh-pressed juices including orange, peach, mango and pineapple grapefruit. The NoMad Restaurant made its debut in November 2018, along with private dining spaces and meeting rooms.
