Nu Sanctuary’s menu has included such dishes as compressed watermelon and yellowfin tuna bites with shiso, mint and yuzu essence, and potato-filled pierogies topped with American caviar and chive crème fraîche. The interior, inspired by Salvador Dali's paintings, features a tree that climbs the walls and ceiling.
