The Oceanaire Seafood Room Restaurant Review:
Oceanaire is a classy, sassy version of a 1940s seafood room. Sit at the oyster bar and pick your beauties from artfully arranged ice-bins, or order a sampler at your table. You also can choose among the featured fish-of-the-day, whether it be a Columbia River Chinook salmon or Costa Rican mahi mahi. Then, decide how to have it, simply broiled or grilled with a little olive oil and lemon. Side dishes are generously portioned and meant to be shared. Wines are appropriately heavy on whites, while still offering a nice range of reds. With the addition of the Captain's List featuring bottles like Opus, you'll have to watch the expense account. Or opt for a martini weighing in at a hefty five ounces. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and attentive without being stuffy.
