Sleek seating around black leather-like tabletops sets the stage at Opus Restaurant, located next to The Wiltern in the Mid-Wilshire district. Although chef Josef Centeno has left his post at the restaurant, diners can still enjoy his creative menu, which may include dishes like cold octopus with crisp pork belly salad; olive oil-poached salmon; and braised short ribs in a red wine sauce. Tasting menus are not available until further notice.
