This beloved national chain started right here in this red-roofed building reminiscent of a classic, cheery grandma's house. Some swear by the signature apple pancake covered with sautéed apples and cinnamon, much like an apple pie on a plate, while others prefer the airy, oven-baked Dutch Baby. Still others opt for classic crêpes served with a selection of toppings or the strawberry waffles. Even the eggs come with a short stack, and you won't need the overpriced sides. Many pancakes --- banana, coconut, pumpkin and chocolate chip among them --- can be prepared gluten-free on request. Whatever your preference, rest assured your breakfast will be ample. Be aware parking may be limited and the wait long. This is a cash-only establishment.
