While he playfully interacts with those seated at the bar, his efficient and friendly staff bustles about the attractive, understated dining rooms delivering the kitchen’s eye-catching creations. Not surprisingly, chef Susa’s menu focuses heavily on fresh fish, so selections vary frequently. His presentations verge on being too architectural at times, but his ability to combine flavors and sometimes-unlikely ingredients continues to attract a loyal following.
