The reigning king of gelato in Dallas, Paciugo features a couple dozen freshly made flavors of creamy rich gelato in flavors ranging from fig and wild berry to dark chocolate and intense vanilla. There are almost 200 flavors on rotation; we love it when we happen in on a day when the pretty lavender-hued violet gelato is on hand with its exotic blend of floral notes and spices.
