Pappadeaux Restaurant Review:
We all have our favorite New Orleans specialties here, but we especially like the crisp, greaseless fried chicken tenderloins and fried good-sized shrimp that come perched atop a mountain of perfectly cooked fries. Sure, it’s a chain, and there’s a certain kitschy element to the rustic-style décor at these spacious restaurants, but the food is surprisingly good, with the best catch being anything fried. We like to reel-in a bowl of seafood gumbo to start, and can never resist ordering the bread pudding with bourbon sauce for dessert. Note: Pappadeaux is one fun place to hold a party, and they do an especially good job at to geaux orders.
