Pappas dots the suburbs with cheery contemporary seafood houses that offer fried favorites, as well as a huge lineup of fresh grilled and sautéed seafood from oceans all over the world. For starters, try the creamy crawfish or lobster bisques; cold jumbo shrimp with a kicking rémoulade or cocktail sauce; or the blue crab cakes with crawfish and pico de gallo in a white wine sauce.
