So much of the stigma that's associated with "eating healthy" is related to foregoing indulgences. But Matthew Sherman challenges the status quo at his neighborhood breakfast, lunch and dinner spot. Wake up to a Change Agent Latte fusing espresso and ceremonial matcha with house-made nut milk. Breakfast gets even better thanks to wickedly good Eggs Diablito (poached eggs, Greek yogurt, smoked paprika ghee, green harissa veggies and sprouted toast); a handful of avocado toasts; and coconut chia pudding with vanilla poached pear, turmeric orange confit, cardamom granola and basil-ginger syrup. Breakfast is served all day on weekends, so you can have your savory and sweet toast (go for the gluten-free sweet potato topped with ricotta, salted caramel and Ayurvedic spiced pecans). Lunch and dinner feature bowls with local veggies and animal proteins, as well as dosa wraps that, like everything else on the menu, are as health-conscious as they are crave-worthy.
