Paso Terra Restaurant Review:
Chef Andre Averseng brings his classical French training to bear at this cozy seafood-centric restaurant. Though the menu changes fairly often, expect to see dishes such as wild salmon with a light dill cream sauce, ahi poke salad, and swordfish with caper sauce. Desserts might include a flourless chocolate cake topped with fluffy chocolate mousse or a house-made fruit sorbet. The wine list is quite respectable for such a small spot, and tends towards local labels. Because of its size, reservations are recommended for Paso Terra, especially on weekends.
