Perry's Restaurant Review:
Perry Butler's flagship restaurant on Union Street in San Francisco has been popular for decades. In late 2015, Butler opened a Marin County Perry's in a charming colonial house in downtown Larkspur. The main room has a clerestory skylight and casement windows that look out over a shady patio. A handsome dark bar anchors one side of the room, where classic cocktails include generous, spicy Bloody Marys. Crisp blue-and-white checked tablecloths, another signature of Butler’s restaurants, add a country component to the décor. Count on abundant servings of hearty classics such as stuffed potato skins, chopped salads, pot roast and spaghetti and meatballs. We recommend the burger and the roasted Mary's chicken. Don't miss the Sunday night lobster special for $29.95. Perry's shaded patio is a dynamite place to kick back with a glass of wine at the end of the day with some ahi poke and a grilled artichoke. This is a great place for brunch, too.
