Chef Fred Eric set out to create a uniquely Los Angeles style of pizza at PI L.A. The design of the DTLA restaurant is a collaboration between Fred and artist Shepard Fairey, who created the custom panels hung throughout the space. Also located at The LUME, 1933 S. Broadway, Los Angeles.
