A pleasant lemon dressing enlivens the tuna carpaccio, while colorful roasted peppers are paired with creamy burrata. Freshly made pastas are dressed with a variety of sauces, and the signature risotto with wild mushrooms is billed as a tribute to his mother. Other menu items range from branzino to osso buco.
