About the restaurant: Chef Curtis Stone (Gwen) has turned his former fine-dining restaurant Maude into The Pie Room, a casual spot for pastries, tarts, puddings and pies, both savory and sweet.
Food & Drinks: Offerings change frequently but have included chicken & leek; beef cheek pie; and apple pie with caramel sauce. In the evenings, the venue becomes a European-style wine bar serving bistro fare, including daily specials like loup de mer.
